The Illness of being Human

Winner of the International Award of Excellence at the ‘For a Cause’ Film Festival, The Illness of being Human is a visual poem aiming to break the stigma surrounding mental health issues.

The message the film wants to portray is that anxiety, depression and other emotional health issues are natural human reactions in response to an inhuman society.

The film encourage people to break the silence, because the reality is that we are all humans experiencing the same human emotions.

We all suffer and it is only through openness, compassion and connection that we can create a better society for all.
