Research has shown that a substantial proportion of people completing therapy will relapse within a year without support and that the relapse rate increases with time from the end of therapy*. The good news is that the relapse rates for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy are significantly lower*.
We all need community. People who have done your same journey and are able to support you, help you, advise you.
No, your friend/partner/guru can’t!
Not a big group person? Don’t worry! This is not group therapy. You will never be asked to share anything, if you don’t want to. It’s about having people around you that can understand the process and support you if you need it. The monthly group calls are more of a psycho-educational nature, topic based and Q&A. If then someone wants to present a difficult event to look at it together, that’s great, but it is not a requirement.

Managing stress & anxiety
This course has been an eye-opener for me. I used to say I was stressed and felt drained but I never really looked at the roots of this stress.
I thought it was just all the busy routine and work, but thanks to this course I understood it was because I never put myself first, I never said no even what I wanted to, and I always worked more than required.
Obviously, these behaviors caused me to feel drained and tired almost all the time. I feel really empowered after this course because now I have the instruments to look at my worries in a different way, to let them go and focus on my current life.
