I am a Consultant Psychiatrist working across the NHS and private sector in London, offering remote consultations only. I hold a senior NHS leadership role as Clinical Lead for a National Highly Specialised Service for obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD) and body dysmorphic disorder (BDD). My private practice is suitable for non-acute presentations and is not intended for individuals who are currently at high or immediate risk.
I am a partner at Psychnet LLP, a CQC-registered psychiatric practice, through which I provide private remote consultations.
I specialise in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD) and body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), including complex and treatment-resistant presentations. I also have experience in the assessment and management of mood and anxiety disorders and comorbid mental health conditions. I offer assessments in English and Italian and have experience of working across mental health services in both Italy and the United Kingdom.

My approach is holistic, evidence-based, and formulation-driven, integrating biological, psychological, and social factors in line with NICE guidance. My practice is CBT-informed, and I hold a postgraduate diploma in cognitive behavioural therapy from the University of Oxford.
I focus on understanding the person rather than the illness alone, working collaboratively with individuals around their values, goals, and aspirations. As part of this, I routinely consider physical health, lifestyle factors, and health behaviours such as sleep, exercise, and daily routines, recognising their importance in mental wellbeing. I aim to support meaningful and sustainable change by taking time to understand what matters to each person and working collaboratively in a way that feels safe and manageable.
I am registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and am a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych). I am Secretary of the International College of Obsessive Compulsive Spectrum Disorders (ICOCS), a Trustee of ORCHARD, and a co- author of the most recent CANMAT clinical guidelines for OCD.
