I am a registered Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I have worked across both private practice and hospital settings, providing psychological therapy to individuals facing a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. These include anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, low self-esteem, postnatal depression, parenting difficulties, and trauma-related issues.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. I tailor my work to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client, drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DST), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy.
In our work together, I aim to create a safe and compassionate space where you can gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. I also focus on helping you develop practical skills and strategies to navigate challenges and move forward with greater confidence and alignment with your personal values.
I am from Australia and I have always had a deep passion for supporting others and promoting mental wellbeing. Alongside my private practice, I work several days a week within the NHS, where I support local children's centres and work closely with families.
My work is guided by empathy, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to helping people feel seen, heard, and empowered as they heal and grow.
